The best way to contact the Meetgle TV team is through the help and support channel inside the platform itself. Once you are signed in, the in-app support option puts your message in front of the people who can actually look into your account or session — which is much faster than a message sent from outside.
We do not publish a support email address or phone number on this site. Anything claiming to be an official Meetgle TV hotline or inbox outside the platform should be treated with caution.
Reporting a user or a piece of content
If someone broke the rules — harassment, illegal content, anything involving a minor, a scam attempt — please report it, either with the in-conversation report button or through the support channel. Reports are the single most useful signal we have for keeping the room clean.
When you report, include as much as you comfortably can: roughly when it happened, what you saw or heard, and the other person's visible name or ID as it appeared on screen. You do not need to write an essay — a few concrete details are far more useful than a long general complaint.
What happens after you write
Reports and support messages are reviewed by the moderation team. We do not promise a response within a specific number of hours — volume varies — but reports about safety and minors are treated as the highest priority.
You will not always hear back with details of what action was taken against another account. That is deliberate: moderation outcomes involving other people's accounts are kept private, even from the person who reported them.
Privacy-related requests
If your question is about your own data — what the service holds, or a request connected to your privacy rights — please start with the privacy policy, which explains what the service processes and the choices you have. You can then raise your request through the in-app support channel so it can be tied to your account.
For everything else — a bug, a billing question about an optional purchase, feedback about the product — the same in-app channel is the right door. Meetgle TV is an independent, adults-only service, and the team behind it reads what comes in.
